Established in 1998, Quantum CNC Inc. is a custom CNC facility specializing in precision machining of metals, plastics, composites and exotic alloys. Located in Whitby, Ontario, Quantum CNC’s 4,500-square-foot machine shop houses a broad scope of high-end and specialized equipment capable of working to extremely tight tolerances and accurate to .00001”. A sophisticated lineup of precision machinery combined with the unique expertise of our engineers and machinists puts Quantum CNC at the leading-edge of technology and innovation.

At Quantum CNC, we’ve developed strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure we use the best, made-in-North America raw materials, whenever possible. From initial concept right through production, we work closely with our customers to deliver the highest-quality components manufactured to strengthen your business. We are capable of developing highly customized products based on drawings, samples or electronic data. Our employees have over 50 combined years of industry experience and understand how to use the latest in multi-process technology to improve efficiencies and save our customers time and money.

Quality assurance is one of our key drivers, which is why we are ISO 9001:2008 registered and Z299.3 compliant. From concept right through assembly, the entire manufacturing process is completed in house. We have checkpoints every step of the way to ensure a custom fit with every component. And as part of our commitment to service excellence, we manage all aspects of the production process. We work closely with our vendors to achieve a full-service experience for our customers.
